During the grouping portion, the presenter used strategies like foot to foot grouping, a friendship circle, and hand raising to separate participants when needed. How did these techniques support both organization and behavior management, and how do you currently create groups in your own setting?

In Block Em, the presenter changed conditions by requiring non dominant hand throws and then underhand throws. How did those changes affect challenge, safety, or fairness, and how do you modify activities to make them more accessible or more appropriately challenging for your own participants?
