Group Juggling helps kids work together, think fast, and improve their coordination while having fun with different types of passes. It’s a great way to build teamwork and communication as they try to beat the clock and keep the pattern going.
How to Play:
- Get into groups of 5 or 6 people.
- Toss the ball to someone in your group, but not to the person right next to you.
- Make a pattern for who throws to who, and practice it 5 or 6 times.
- See which group can pass the ball all the way around and back to the first person 3 times the fastest.
- Try to make as many passes as you can in 30 seconds.
- Use different kinds of passes: soccer kick, volleyball hit, and basketball bounce pass.
- Add more balls—try with 2, 3, or even 4 at the same time!
